It is a matter of great pleasure to introduce Jay Vidhya Catering

These two children, Jay and Vidhya, will become a prominent feature of the Vyas family. Symbolizing the love of brother and sister, this Jay Vidhya Catering was formerly known as Vyas Catering.

After coming to Surat from Mumbai in 1957, Rasikbhai Vyas in the family of Mavjibhai Vyas started Aksharpurushottam saw mill in front of Surat railway station where every Thursday food was given to the Bhikshuk and saints and by this family the Bhikshuk and saints took food in the No- 9, Swaminarayan Chawl, Rughnathpura . This is showered by divine blessings.

Secondly, in big cities like Surat, the devotees of Swaminarayan sect, Jain sect, Vaishnav sect, etc. were very uncomfortable to eat Sattvic Veg. food. There was a very big challenge against the impurity that big hotels were serving in the name of Sattvic food. Jay Vidhya Catering accepted this challenge and created a new one. A tradition of pure vegetarian food was brought into existence.

It was thought that such a packing arrangement would save time and cost by keeping in mind the environment and making arrangements so that food can be prepared in packets and reach the diners at a low cost.

Jay Vidhya Catering was launched with the idea that working people can eat their fill at a low cost and also make it possible for small families to celebrate and enjoy delicious food within their budget.
